Our fried sausages from our own butcher shop as well as mustard, sauerkraut and potato soup are produced by hand with care and love. You can taste it!
This ensures that we always have control and can supply you with consistent, top quality products.
The sausage cakes are made exclusively from pure pork ham and only the master butcher of our modern in-house butchery knows the exact recipe. The fresh sausages then land directly on the charcoal grill of the historic Wurstkuchl.
But if you want to enjoy our sausages far away from Regensburg, you can get them as canned goods in selected specialist shops or directly in our onlineshop.
Fried sausages without the traditional sweet mustard would only be half the pleasure, everyone knows that. Because we want to be sure that our guests always get the best on their plates, we also produce our own mustard. Only selected ingredients are used - and a pinch of horseradish provides the spicy taste.

Sauerkraut is the traditional side dish for fried sausages. Year after year 60 tons of white cabbage mature in wooden barrels in the cabbage cellar of the historic sausage kitchen to spicy sauerkraut, the fine taste of which has enthused the sausage cake guests for many decades.
The vegetable farmer Christian Graf from Regensburg-Winzer supplies the white cabbage. Also here in our onlineshop.
If the hunger is very big or the appetite for sausages is rather small, our tasty potato soup is an alternative. Of course, like everything is homemade and made with ingredients from the region of Kartoffelhof Härtl in Friesheim.
