THE OLDEST BRATWURSTSTUBE OF THE WORLD

The historic Wurstkuchl has stood on the Donaustrudel, right next to the Stone Bridge for over 500 years. Where in the Middle Ages the Regensburg stonemasons and dockworkers had their refreshments, much has remained the same to this day: The open charcoal grill, the home-made sausages made from pure pork ham, the sauerkraut from our own fermentation cellar and the famous sausage cake mustard according to the historical recipe of Elsa Schricker.
