Our Bratwurst

The Wurstkuchl bratwursts are made exclusively from purest ham of pork. Only very few of the staff working in our own modern sausage kitchen know the true recipe. Most of the sausages end up on the charcoal grill of the historical Wurstkuchl.

Customers outside Regensburg wishing to enjoy these bratwursts can obtain our sausages canned in choice delicatessen shops or can order them here in our Online-Store.
